"A Lady & A Broom were wonderful!! We had originally scheduled a cleaning for our new house, but cancelled after we learned the sellers were hiring a cleaning service. After seeing the shape of the house, we called her back and she squeezed us into her busy schedule. They worked around movers and showed up early the next morning to finish the job because carpet cleaners were coming in later. They did amazing work! I couldn't be happier!"

"I have used ‘A Lady & a Broom’ for 10+ years to clean out rental properties for move in/out cleanings.
I like that we established a baseline price for a ‘normal’ move/transition cleaning and that any rate over/above it is due to ‘additional attention’ required for something the tennant ‘missed’.
The work is always done to a very high standard with fair/honest pricing.
I highly recommend A Lady & a Broom for all those who have a rental property, real estate agents or any homeowner who takes pride in a quality cleaning!!!
